Chris Brown neighbours 'complain over party'

Chris Brown is said to have angered his neighbours while on vacation in Hawaii last week.

The singer rented a $2,450-per-night mansion in Honolulu while he performed and filmed a new music video in the US state.

However, according to TMZ, he threw a huge house party during his first night in the rental, prompting neighbours to call the owner of the house to complain.
